Accomplished investment manager with 19 years of professional experience working for the PZU Group across various investment and senior-level positions.

Closely associated with capital markets since the early 2000s, and directly connected to the Polish Real Estate sector for the last 7 years. … He has launched and completed several RE development projects focused on the warehouse and office space segment across Poland. Having a successful and consistent track-record, Jacek has built a warehouse portfolio which comprises over 5% of the total warehouse space in Poland


Włodzimierz Bieliński

Manager with 17 years of professional experience in the consulting industry and various Polish and CEE Financial Institutions. Till March 2016, Director of Alternative Investments at PZU with over 8 bn PLN of assets under management.

Till March 2016 holding position of Alternative Investments Department Director at PZU PLN 8 bn of assets under management. Responsible for large equity and debt transactions, syndicated financing, project finance, acquisitions in banking and healthcare sectors. Member of Investment Committee of PZU Real Estate Funds




 During previous assignments Albaluna Management Team has successfully completed 4 warehouse development projects. Total space was approximately 240 000 sqm in 4 premium locations next to highway exits: Wrocław, Poznań, Stryków and Sosnowiec. The warehouse space was 100% long-term leased. In total the team was managing warehouse space of more than 500 000 sqm in Poland which amounted to 5% of modern warehouse space in Poland at the time.


Panattoni Park Strykow II is Panattoni’s second modern distribution center in Poland, located at the Lodz North junction. The geographic location offers easy access to a large human capital pool while also offering modern warehouse space for lease, both to small-medium operations as well large international conglomerates


Panattoni Park Poznań IV, which will total nearly 100,000 sqm of space at full build-out, is one of the developer’s five modern distribution centers in Greater Poland.


The new logistics park, Panattoni Park Wroclaw III is located in the Lower Silesia region of Poland. Completion of the investment, and prime location on the soon-to-be completed Wroclaw Motorway Bypass, will allow prompt and efficient access to the city center of Wroclaw.


Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I, which will total nearly 40,000 sqm of space in the Upper Silesia region offers convenient connection to the cities of Southern Poland. Likewise, the location strategically positions the warehouse space 10 km from the main railway in the area, Euroterminal Slawkow, which links Europe, Russia, and China.
